Insurance Information

            Here at Allstar we strive to ensure our customers’ vehicles are repaired in a timely manner.  We work hand in hand with all insurance companies to get the original estimate approved quickly, as well as any supplements that may arise during the repair process.

          We also believe that it is very important to keep our customers updated on the status of their vehicles while in our shop.  Our entire repair team convenes for a status meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to keep everyone informed on the progress of each vehicle.  Kelli, or her assistant, who handles customer relations, will then call, email, or text each of our customers to inform them of the updates and address any questions or concerns our customer may have.

          When you come to pick up your repaired vehicle you will be given a detailed warranty on all of the work that we have performed on your vehicle performed as well as a candy bag to show our appreciation.  Our customers can also expect a Thank You card mailed to them a few days later. We also add our customers’ names to a “Birthday List” which entitles them to a free car wash and clean up of their vehicle on their birthday just for being our customer.

          Overall our number one priority is our customers’ satisfaction; satisfaction with our work, our staff, our facilities, and their repaired vehicle. The level of our customer service keeps them coming back time after time.
