The mission of Allstar is to be the preferred provider of car and truck collision and refinishing services in West Texas. 

Allstar Refinishing and Collision Centers, Inc. is in the business of repairing and refinishing all types of vehicles, both domestic and foreign.

We maintain the highest quality repair standards as evidenced by customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business. Our staff is held together by pride in workmanship and respect for our fellow employees and customers.

Our basic goal is to continue providing the highest quality workmanship in order to return your automobile to its pre-collision condition. Strictly adhering to the manufacture’s specifications and using only quality replacement parts, we ensure our continued success in meeting that goal which allows us to offer you a written Warranty on repairs made to your vehicle.

Staying abreast of the newest technologies in the collision repair field guarantees the highest level of service and the most satisfactory customer experience possible.

Allen Zane Frasier, Sr. founded Allstar in 1978 at 2700 W. Francis in Midland, Texas.  The shop we started out in was a small 7,500 square foot building.  The next location was at 2800 W. Francis.  Years later, Allen purchased a small shop at 2600 Elizabeth and relocated Allstar to that location.  Allen then built the building at 2613 W. Wall Street which is adjacent to the 2600 Elizabeth shop.  The paint shop is located in the 2600 Elizabeth building while the painting prep work and administrative offices along with Allstar Express Rent-A-Car are located in the 2613 W. Wall Street building. 

In March of 2009, construction began on a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art building at 4600 W. Wall Street.  With this additional space, we will gain the flexibility to complete even more work while maintaining quality controls throughout. We are opening new administrative office space and accessories sales within the building.  Our facility at 4600 W. Wall Street will be the largest independently owned collision shop from Dallas to El Paso.
